YING is an independent affiliate and informational platform. We are not a broker, bank, custodian, or licensed financial institution. We do not hold, custody, or have access to your funds or trading account credentials at any point. All trading activity, deposits, and withdrawals occur directly on the platforms of our regulated broker partners.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Content is provided for general informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.

3. Third-Party Brokers & Platforms

This Site links to third-party, independently regulated brokers and platforms, including ATFX, PU Prime, and VantageMarkets. When you register or trade through these platforms, you are subject to their terms of service, privacy policy, and regulatory jurisdiction — not ours. We do not control, endorse the accuracy of, or accept responsibility for the acts, omissions, service quality, or solvency of any third-party broker.

5. PAMM Strategy Terms

Where this Site references the YingFX MasterFund PAMM strategy, the following terms apply as published:

• Strategy Type: Private Managed Strategy
• Trading Interval: 1 calendar month
• Minimum Deposit / Minimum Initial Investment: $500
• Minimum Withdrawal: $100
• Withdrawal Fee: 2% of the withdrawn amount
• Performance Fee: 30% (equity $0–$24,999), 25% (equity $25,000–$49,999), 20% (equity $50,000+), charged only on net profits within a trading interval

These terms are subject to change. The most current terms will always be reflected on the PAMM Investment page. Participation in the PAMM strategy is arranged directly through VantageMarkets' PAMM platform; YING acts solely as an information source and strategy manager, not as a custodian of investor funds.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any strategy, including the YingFX MasterFund, is not indicative of future results. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Only invest funds you can afford to lose. By using this Site or any linked broker platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade forex/CFDs in your jurisdiction to use the services referenced on this Site. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of this Site or any linked broker is lawful in your country of residence.
